Try Tums and reduce the volume of food, no alcohol reduce fluids during your meals, and see your PCP.
Famotidine is considered to be safe for the growing fetus. Please discuss with your OB.
Sucralfate is the usual first line medicine. Otherwise H2 receptor blocker or proton pump inhibitor can be used in severe cases.
