Can be an issue with the root canal. However sometimes it takes a long time to heal. As long as you are improving slowly and not getting worse its probably ok

First tooth pain can radiate, root canal takes the nerve out so if it is that tooth there may be a nerve that was missed. Return to your dentist for an x-ray to confirm what tooth it is and make sure there is no infection
