Get an ob-gyn or dermatologist to look at your skin changes. It may be prudent to ask for a biopsy. I am unsure about your throat symptoms. See for that a family medicine expert or a doctor trained in Ear Nose & Throat specialty.

A physical exam would be necessary to determine the cause of a spot – it can be anything from a wart, to a mole, to an in ingrown hair, to a virus causing a skin lesion.
Need to follow up in the office to see the "spot". I cannot help without seeing.
