Stenosis is caused by cholesterol and calcium deposit. You may visit your cardiologist for thorough evaluation. You may need balloons angioplasty and stent placement. It depends what section of coronary has the stenosis.
Causes include smoking, bad family history, hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity, sedentary activity and diabetes, plus being male (worse than female). Seek a cardiologist opinion. Depends on location and severity (over 70% might need fixing).
Good luck.
