“What causes this pain?”
My upper back is achy and tingling. I also had a headache in the back of my head in the past month. I have had a lot of Charlie horses in the past month.

please see a orthopedic or neurologists for the root of issue.
Could be nerve pinch from an arthritic neck.You need a medical exam and X-ray to clarify.
This can have multiple causes. I recommend you make an appointment with your PCP for initial evaluation
Unfortunately, your question does not have to do with the foot or ankle, and that is what kind of physician I am. I would say you should probably seek the attention of a neurologist, though, based on the description of the issues.
