“What causes yellow but jelly-gel on your bottom?”

I am a 16 year old male diabetic. Why is there whitish yellow-like jelly on my bottom?

Complaint duration: Maybe 3 or 4 months
Medications: Melatonin
Conditions: Diabetic - fatty liver
