“What could be the cause of my knee pain?”
I am having slight pain in my knees. What could be the reason for this knee pain and what should I do next?

There are multiple causes of knee pain including degenerative arthtitic changes, ligament and tendon injuries, quadriciep muscle weakness to just list a few. I would recommend being on a course of anti-inflammatories including topicals along with physical therapy or chairopracter tx to start.
