“What could it be? ”
A few years ago, I got itching that started in the scalp area, itching, tingling, burning all over my body. I would only get relief with taking Benadryl it then it had stopped I was good but it did come back the end of last year and it hasn’t stopped. Also, my nerves are jumping too so I was wondering what could it be. There’s no rash, no redness, no bumps. Also, I wasn’t experiencing this initially after I ate some shrimp seafood from a seafood place.

Itch without rash requires a full work up and discussion. It could be something simple or it could be more. If it responds to antihistamines like benadryl, then count yourself lucky.
You need to see your doctor to be evaluated.
