“What could this be symptoms of?”
I was diagnosed with reflux 2 and a half years ago, and I didn't take care of it. Lately, I have been having chest pain and swollen glands, and my voice is hoarse, and my stomach keeps making this weird noise, it also bloats and gas comes from my stomach, I am 18 years old. What could this be symptoms of? I'm not having any heartburn.

You might have a viral syndrome. Swollen glands in the neck? This would be consistent with a viral infection. So would the hoarseness. If the GI tract is involved as well with a viral infection then bloating can happen afterwards due to temporary carbohydrate malabsorption. But this is all speculation. As usual, I am not able to make a diagnosis unless I have a lot more information, which is obtained by a careful history and physical exam. Testing may be needed as well to arrive at a diagnosis.
