What does a bright orange substance in my stool mean?

My symptoms are nausea, bloating, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, and constipation. The medications taken are Fluxotine 20 MG per day. I'm aware of my intolerance to dairy products and greasy food. It upsets my stomach and causes bloating. So I've strayed away from eating too much of those things. Recently though, I noticed that after pooping, lots of bright orange mucus?

Go see a GI specialist and get tested.
Mucus in the stools may be a result of colonic inflammation or hemorrhoids. There are other possibilities. If these abnormalities have been persistent, would make an appointment to see a gastroenterologist.
I'm not able to make a diagnosis based on the photo, but the yellow material might be lipids in the stool. It does not appear to be of concern.
