My baby is 1 year old and he is crying in his sleep. What does it mean when your baby cries in their sleep?

It is either a nightmare, or a night terror. The difference is whether a person remembers the dream in the morning. Kind of tough to know which in a baby. If the baby awakens and appears distressed, comfort it. Otherwise, don’t worry about it.
