Hi If your running nose is acute, it may resolve by itself shortly; If it doesn't, it may be due to hayfever or other allergies, maybe due to chronic infection, you can try some over-the-counter antihistamines if you don't have allergic reactions to the medication. If this doesn't resolve your symptoms, you need to see a nurse practitioner/general practitioner for a check and may look into some antimicrobials/steroid nasal sprays. If you have tried all these, you may need to see an interactive Doctor, who could start you on protocols for CIRS ( chronic inflammatory response syndrome) if it is confirmed by bioenvironmental professionals that you have mold exposure in your living environment. One simple thing you could do is to note any food/time/environmental triggers for the symptoms and avoid them to see a very fast improvement. For example, Dairy products.
