What foods protect enamel?

I am a 31 year old male. I want to know what foods protect enamel?

Vegetables, red meat (beef), chicken, some multivitamins work also.
Nuts, cheese, and other foods high in arginine (like shrimp). All of these foods actually have remineralization properties to help prevent cavities and heal small cavities that have not reached the inside surface of the tooth yet. If you are looking to also safeguard your teeth from cavity formation, I recommend avoiding highly processed foods and sticking to more of a raw diet that is low in acid.
Fiber-rich foods are best, especially vegetables. Many foods are acidic, contain sugar, or are carbs that break down into sugar. When we eat these, it’s very helpful to finish with water. Water helps to neutralize acids, wash away bacteria and the food particles they metabolize into acid. The sugar substitute/sweetener xylitol is a natural product that inhibits bacteria, making it a healthy choice. Also, chocolate that is high in cocoa content is healthier because it also inhibits bacteria, and these “better” chocolate products have less sugar.
There are no foods to protect the enamel of your teeth. But there several foods that can damage it, i.e., lemons, grapefruits.
