Short answer is; avoid salt and drink plenty of fluids.
Long answer is; avoid salt and drink plenty of fluids. Have stone analysis and 24-hour urine analysis, and your doctor will guide you if any ‘additional’ restrictions are needed.

This will depend on your analysis of urine and kidney stone, but drinking at least 3 L of water is needed for any kind of a stone
