“What happened to me? ”
An event changed me years ago. I was silent, speechless, and confused. I have lost many memories and was clueless. My personality changed overnight. People asked me what was wrong I didn't know what to say, memory loss and personality change. I forgot how I formed relationships with these people, memories I made with them, I couldn't function. Silence took over me.

Are you still having these issues? If so, you would need a Pyschiatric and Neurologic Evaluation. You could have had a stroke, TIA or fallen into a depression.
If You could not remember relative familiar faces, it is called: Prosopagnosia, It's a serious neurológical déficit, probably associated with the Center parts of the brain where our memories are, like in Límbics responses. If You are using some kind of medicación ask your medical doctor, Don't waste time!! It looks serious. especially If You have some History of Brain Contusion.
Hello, the symptoms you describe could be from a variety of sources. Anytime there is a change in mental status like that, it is always advisable to have a full medical evaluation to rule out underlying medical issues. Beyond that, I would say the most likely explanation would be a catatonic type episode brought on by depression or anxiety. However, it could be other things as well, such as a dissociative episode. It probably would require a psychological evaluation to have a high degree of certainty, but from what you’ve described, those are the explanations I would initially say are most likely.
