I was diagnosed with scoliosis. I want to fix it. What happens if scoliosis is left untreated in adults?

If left untreated and even treated it can degenerate and cause lithesis of the vertebrae. Exercises like swimming and light weight training is important.

If mild, often there may be little consequence. However, if moderate or severe scoliosis coukd evolve into mobility and even breathing difficulties if the lung tissue is being compressed.
