I am a 38 year old male. I want to know what happens when a person with celiac disease eats gluten?

Celiac is inflammatory disease and results from gluten. So eating gluten means causing inflammation in you gut , symptoms range ftom abdominal pain to bloating and even blood in stool. Seek GI consultation please if you have Celiac

Most people with celiac don't know they have it and have no symptoms even if they eat gluten. Some will get bloating, diarrhea or other vague GI symptoms with gluten ingestion.
