What helps with vertigo?

I have vertigo. What helps with vertigo?

1 Answer

Vertigo is usually described as dizziness. There are lots of different causes. Could be an ear infection, a side effect of a medication, low blood sugar, dehydration on a hot day, or even temporary changes in your blood pressure. Recommend talking with your doctor as they can look at your recent medical history and if they don't know, usually testing is indicated. They should also check to be sure their iron is not low as anemia could cause dizziness. Even heart rhythm issues are possible. Definitely need to talk with your doctor.
