“What is causing me to lose my temper?”
I have been losing my temper a lot lately. Is this because of any changes in my body? What tests would you recommend for me?

Hormonal changes and fatigue do cause people to lash out and regret later. Work-up will need to include all causes of the same. You will need a proper physical.
You need to be seen and evaluated in the office setting for further work up and treatment.
