“What is going on”
4 weeks ago I started having terrible stomach pains with yellow diarrhea. 2 week ago I woke up with swollen feet, that night I went to bed . Woke up with swollen feet and stomach . Well 2 days ago I went to bed and woke up with pain in my neck. I thought maybe I sleep wrong. Yesterday I woke up with both sides of neck swollen the whole top of back where shoulders are. And shortness of breath and chest pain. What’s going on?

You need to be seen at your local ER! This may be an emergency. It can be any number of things.
You need to go to the emergency room for a full work up
You definitely need to see a doctor either your PCP or ER doctor.
