What is happening to my friend?

My friend is in her 20's. Her mind is dissociating from reality and can't concentrate on things. She has a dry mouth and a numb tongue that feels weird and keeps turning on its side and sticking out. Loss of appetite can barely go to the restroom anymore. Her head throws itself back on its own and her eyes are closing on their own will when she's still awake and rolling back. She's slowly losing her hearing and it's like she can't breathe a lot of the time. Her heart feels weird and she can barely breathe or smell through her nose. There is a sharp pain and tightness in her head.

Check Covid and ask her to have some routine blood tests to exclude anemia thyroid disease etc. Any possibility of recreational drugs?
Get her to see her medical doctor ASAP. Do not waste time. Lots of potential issues going on here that need to evaluated.
This is a challenging one. It’s hard to say if your friend is dissociating based upon your descriptions. It could be a seizure. It could be adverse reactions to pharmaceutical or illicit drugs. Dissociations typically occur in the context of some form of trauma history.
Seems that your friend has a lot going on. May I suggest you demonstrate your earnest concern for your friend and get her to see a doctor to evaluate all those things going on with her.
