No real difference.
Any waterpik that cleans the implant crown or appliance is good.
All Waterpik units are good as they flush out plaque and food...
There is a new Waterpik called Sonic Fusion, a Flossing Toothbrush.
There is no "best waterpik", just consider attached "accessaries".
