What is the best exercise for lungs?

I am a 39 year old female. I want to know what is the best exercise for lungs?

Taking a brisk walk at least 30 minutes daily and when you wake up in the morning and afternoon do deep breathing exercise. Stay hydrated, get sunlight for vitamin D, eat whole plant based diet and quality sleep at night.
Cardio exercise is best for the lungs such as running, walking, stair-climbing, anything that gets your heart pumping and breathing hard.
