You can give simethicone gas drops that you can get OTC.
Mylicon/simethicone drops are good gas relievers as well as safe.
This answer is to the question of “What is the best gas relief for infants?” The honest answer is the following: There is no medication that relieves gas in infants. In spite of clever marketing, anecdotal reports and well meaning friends and family, there is no product ever invented that can get rid of a kid’s gas. Once gas is formed in the GI tract, either from swallowing air from normal swallowing, eating or drinking, or from the metabolism of the foods we eat, there are only two places gas can go, basically up or down! So, the best thing is to determine whether or not some food in the diet is causing gas, and to eliminate it. Relief from gas pain can be helped by burping, walking your infant, “bicycle” of the legs to improve elimination, warm compresses on the tummy, etc.
