Both medications are equally good, Tylenol or Morin, what is important is to give your child the correct dose and in the correct interval Tylenol every 4 hours and Morin every 8 hours if fever.
I would suggest tepid sponging. Or, take your son into shower with you and together, have a warm shower, slowly reducing the temperature. But never cold water, this may lead to the child having convulsion. The tepid water will help freshen him up and bring down the temperature of his whole body. Dry him thoroughly and let him drink plenty of fluid. Water, squash, keep him hydrated. That itself should be enough to bring the fever down. If the fever is not budging, you can try kids Calpol which you can get from any drug store. Instructions on the side of the box. All the best.
Tylenol liquid is better.
