Physical therapy, stretching exercises, heating pad, short course of NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen or naproxen). If no improvement in 4 weeks, see a doctor for imaging.
Need accurate diagnosis.You could try anti-inflammatory meds and Tylenol if not allergic and hope for the best
