I recommend to see your dentist and dental hygienest for better diagnosis of the infection. Yoiu can use Peridex (chlorhexidine), tooth & gums tonic, salt water to reduce inflammation and aid in less bacterial accumulation.
Brushing and flossing is the best way to clear a gum infection. Using mouthwash can help but it does not remove the source of the infection. A good type of mouthwash would be anything that is non-alcoholic. The best mouthwash for a gum infection is Chlorhexidine Gluconate 0.12% (Brand name Peridex) which should be used only 2x/day up to 10 days. Dr. Totonchi
See a dentist. They may prescribe an antibiotic. Mouthwash wont do much.
Best mouthwash to assist for gum inflammation and infection is a prescription mouth wash by your dentist which is chlorohexidine, If you want otc mouth wash the best is to use one half 3% hydrogen peroxide, half water and a small amount of salt. You will need to rinse 2 times a day and swish it around for minimal of 40 seconds after you brush and floss!

None. You need antibiotics now if you were diagnosed with an infection. Dr. J
