Brushing and flossing is the best way to clear a gum infection. Using mouthwash can help but it does not remove the source of the infection. A good type of mouthwash would be anything that is non-alcoholic. You will need to rinse 2 times a day and swish it around for minimal of 40 seconds after you brush and floss!
