I like Ansaid ( generic name is Flourbubrofen) which is just ibuprofen with a fluoride attached to it , which drives the pain relief towards tooth , bone and muscle
Ibuprofen works the best. Three 200 mg tablets after each meal.
You may need an antibiotic if there was infection. However, alternating
Advil (ibuprofen) and Tylenol (acetaminophen) will give you the best
pain relief. Ice packs every 20 minutes on and off, but no heat.
Ibuprofen 600mg or 800mg
800mg of ibuprofen with 1000mg of acetaminophen every 6 hours.
Antinflammtory, Such as Ibuprofen, Advil and Aleve
The best pain reliever after a root canal is ibuprofen, but you should check with your medical health history to see if you have any contraindications to taking it.
