I have gum pain and want to take painkillers. What is the best painkiller for gum pain?

There is no specific medication for him pain, but usually a combination of
cleaning by a dentist and antibiotics alleviates acute infections
It is better to go see your dentist for a comprehensive evaluation . But
any over the counter pain killers should help . However I highly recommend

Unfortunately there can be many sensations after an extraction but the important things to note are to seek care immediately if:
-Swelling in jaw area and pain on swallowing
-continuous bleeding
-exposed bone (infection) aka ‘dry socket’
-fever
or any combinations of the above. These sites heal from inside out- refrain from digging anything out, and avoid using ice packs but rather warmth.
