Keep in mind that a stroke affects each person differently. The best treatment is to provide an active range of motion if they’re unable to perform an active range of motion then you assist with the range of motion and you provide it every day if not several times a day. Sitting up at the edge of the bed and working on supported sitting to unsupported sitting and providing appropriate assistance to achieve that function and progressing to standing and walking again as the support will vary. Occupational therapy and speech therapy and Neuro behavioral psychology are also very important in the recovery from stroke. I hope this was helpful.
