“What is the best type of massage for lower back pain?”

Hi,        Thanks for reaching out! Lower back pain can come from a lot of things - quick examples (but not limited to these): tight hips and lower extremities OR disc issues. I would recommend a deep tissue and sports massage. We really wouldnt know until were able to assess your pain. I suggest booking an appointment with our chiropractor/massage therapist!  Best, Kam

It depends on Massage therapist you use. Check with one you feel comfortable with and/or wa referred to you.
