I have heart arrhythmia and it affects my sleep. What is the best way to sleep if you have heart problems?

Most heart arrhythmias can be exacerbated by untreated sleep apnea. This should be evaluated first. Consulting with your cardiologist for proper medication and your sleep specialist for proper sleep is the best way to combat this problem. No unique recommendations for patients with cardiac problems compared to the normal population other than there are some limitations in what medication should be prescribed for people with heart disease.
