“What is the diagnosis for my chest pain? ”
I have this chest pain whenever I lift an object I get this sharp pain in my sternum or center chest. I believe it is “Costochondritis“ but I am not completely sure. I work at UPS where every employee is constantly moving and lifting heavy boxes so I’m not sure if this is from overusing my chest to lift.

Although the pain is in your chest, It could actually be stemming from a spinal issue. Your ribs start from your spine and wrap around to your chest. I suggest seeing a chiropractor for analysis
