“What is the difference between a gastric ulcer and a peptic ulcer?”
I am a 25 year old male. I want to know what is the difference between a gastric ulcer and a peptic ulcer?

They are almost the same, except in peptic ulcer, there are ulcers in the stomach wall. Gastritis is inflammation.
A gastric ulcer means that the ulcer is located in the stomach. A peptic ulcer means that the ulcer (typically) is in the stomach, duodenum or both. Even the esophagus could have an ulcer and still be considered peptic, technically. "Peptic" is just a more general term referring to the process of ulceration, but does not imply the exact location.
