What is the difference between ectasia and an aneurysm?

I went in for a calcium scan and was diagnosed with a 4.5 cm aneurysm along with one artery blocked 90% other arteries 0%. I then was sent to have a CT scan. The results came back as a 4.4 cm act easier and nothing about blocked arteries. Which is worse ectasia or aneurysms are they treated the same and do they tie into my blocked artery?

My blood pressure runs low typically my cholesterol is within normal range.

Basically a semantic continuum along the same spectrum… Aneurysm is typically defined as 50% over a normal baseline value… ectasia is below.
