I’m not sure I understand your question. Dentures usually last 3-5 years. Daily wear time depends on comfort and function, but can be worn pretty much all day.
Well you should take them out at night and soak them in a cleaner like Efferdent and give your gums a rest !
Hi,
Just make sure you take it out at night. Keep it nice and clean (use denture cleansing tablets). At least once a year, you have to have it checked by your dentist to make sure it still fits right.

Ideally you should wear them all day long. It is best to take them out at night to give your gums a chance to breath. If you need to sleep with them at night, try and leave them out for a few hours during the day.

Something very important to know right off the bat is that the more time spent wearing your denture, the more bone loss you will have. With that being said, on a day-to-day basis you definitely want to remove your dentures before you go to bed at night. This will give your mouth that many hours of rest before you put them on the following day. Over a period of time, depending on the way the dentures are used and how much wear and tear the denture takes on, the teeth on the denture will begin to grind down and flatten. At this point, it would be in your best interest to either change the teeth on the denture or have a brand new denture made.
