I am a 50 year old female. I want to know what is the safest denture adhesive?

none are safe. They are ok to use if needed. You are young why the denture cannot stay without the adhesive? Fixodent
Fixodent but they’re all safe
They are all safe. There were warnings a few years ago about exposure to excess zinc in denture adhesives. The patients that had these issues were using an extreme amount of adhesive . You should only use about 3 dots per denture. If you need more, see a dentist. Your dentures probably don’t fit.
