What is this in your professional opinion?

In my late teens I was under a constant levels of high stress, underweight and regularly sleep deprived and had drastically altered my diet from years of junk food, to abruptly eating very well.
Fruits, vegetables and more lean protein and calcium,
and a result a large dark mark manifested on my right inner thigh,
it never bled, or had any negative symptoms so I ignored it.
Now I'm 30, and wish to get it removed.
It is hard to the touch, not painful at all, and about an half an inch raised up out of my skin.
Please identify it, so I know who to go to to get it removed with minor surgery. Thank you.

Male | 30 years old
Complaint duration: I've had this unknown growth for about 14 years.
Medications: None
Conditions: Nothing serious, asthma as a child.

Hello there! There are different causes of lesions similar to these - some are cancerous and some are not! I definitely recommend see a physician that can evaluate biopsy and diagnose this lesion and determine if it is a non cancerous mole/nevus or an abnormal/dysplastic nevus or melanoma!
