What is this malformation near my Cavernous Sinus/MRI Images?

Going blind in my right eye. Constant headache, CNS has nevus simpex. Hashimoto's maybe from covid. Vascular problems on both sides. I took a dna test. I have a lot of mutations like Aqp4. I had 3 MRIs in 2020. When everything came back fine. I started uploading images to reverse image software to learn more about my rare neck injury. The imaged matched for cavernous sinus angioma. What do you think about this blob in my cavernous? I almost died from the canadian flu in 2019 so like thrombosis? Do I have a blood vessel malformation near my Cavernous Sinus?
