Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor (ENT) Questions

What is wrong with my nasal cavity? Are there polyps?

So, I've always had terrible sinus issues. I had surgery for chronic sinusitis a few years back & have been debating on possibly doing it again I have a tool that lets me look in my nose & just thought I'd take a video to see if anyone can tell me anything about mainly right nostril (which is the worst lol) as well as my left – just any observations really. Are there polyps present that you can see? Why are the turbinates in my right nostril so disfigured? What is the thing that's moving (opening/closing) when I breathe over bumpy tissue (I'll include pics; I think it may be of the adenoids) I use rinses & spray daily, I take turmeric to decrease inflammation, but I don't know what else to do. I've dealt with it all my life (having polyps since before I was 2) & do get sinus/ear infections if I don't regularly take Claritin D, which can cause my blood pressure to raise really high if I take it too often. I've had collapsed nasal valves but had them repaired (idk if the right side is holding up as good tho); endoscopic sinus surgery where bone was removed & my ethmoid sinuses were opened up. My main concern now is that I'm having more difficulty breathing. Sometimes it feels as if I've got something stuck in the nasal opening in my throat around the uvula & I'm constantly having to aggressively sniffle, which I hate & try to avoid as much as possible lol. I know allergies can be a big factor but, as I said, I've had I was on my life & only had this issue for about the last 3-4 years (no changes environmentally).

Sorry to go on rambling. I've included videos below. They're not great quality & I'm not so good at using the camera without making it upside down, but they both start right side up. I'm really not looking for a diagnosis/treatment plan just based on what I've provided here. I just like your opinion about what you see & any remarks you may have. Anything beyond that would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

**I just realized I can't upload videos, so I'm going to screenshot what I can from the video without it being blurry

1st batch of 5 photos = left nostril
2nd batch of 6 photos = right nostril

Your nose looks like you might have an active sinus infection. It looks like you have some scarring from your previous sinus surgery. You should be using a steroid irrigation rinse for at least a month to see if you can clear it up
