Gastroenterologist Questions

What is wrong with my stomach all of a sudden?

Alcohol use occasionally, Tobacco use no, Marijuana use daily (no it's not from this I get it from a dispensary and never have problems like this, and I've been doing this for about 5 years)

I drink water more than any other liquid so I am plenty hydrated. So, I definitely know these things can contribute, but I haven't felt this bad in a long time.

I have been experiencing beyond the usual stomach pain/cramping and nausea for the past couple weeks. It comes and goes, and I have loose stools/diarrhea (sometimes with bits of blood in it).

Currently, I have a headache and the thought of eating sickens me every time I think about it. I have not actually thrown up yet, but I haven't been able to eat much due to the pain and nausea today. It wakes me up from a dead sleep at times and I'm exhausted.

So, I guess I'm just trying to figure out what this could be? Since, I can't do telehealth with my insurance without paying out of pocket first, and the walk-in clinics are closed. The ER here is too busy to get anything accomplished there...

Thank you

Hard to make a diagnosis without a lot more information on the specific symptoms. It might be IBS or dyspepsia. If you lose weight, have anemia or blood in the stool then you need to see a doctor.
