Hello! I've been experiencing itchiness in my whole body. I take a bath 2 times a day but I don't know where did I take this, I just want to ask what are the medicines that I should take?

There are heat urticaria described. Could be a sign of it. You may try over the counter antihistamines like Claritin or Zyrtec and make aN appointment with your doctor to check on this.
