What non-medical treatments are there for arthritis?

I have arthritis and want to treat it. What non-medical treatments are there for arthritis?

It is always important to determine what “specific arthritis” a patient has because we have specific treatments for Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Lupus, Gout, etc

I will assume the questioner is talking about Osteoarthritis. it is important that patient understands their condition. For OA, activity is important as is lifestyle and weight management. Physical Therapy and bracing/splinting can be very useful . For pain , Acetaminophen remains initial drug of choice
