I have IBD. What painkillers can I take with IBD?

The best pain killer is tylenol as you should avoid taking NSAIDS (like ibuprofen) or opioid pain killers as these drugs can make your IBD flare. Some medications like Bentyl can help with stomach cramps.
Most everything is safe, including tylenol, opioids, and even ibuprofen in most patients.
