“What pregnant diabetics should eat?”
I have type 2 diabetes and I am pregnant. What pregnant diabetics should eat?

This is a good question for nutritionist. In my experience, generally, it is a good idea to avoid carbs in the morning and concentrate on the protein (plain yogurt is ok). Because in most pregnant women highest insulin resistance is in the morning and that causes higher sugars after breakfast. For other meals, good idea to have well balanced meals with little carbs and rest protein and vegetables.
Hope it helps.

There is little data here. What is your weight? Do you take insulin? I would recommend having a continuous glucose monitor. If the glucose goes up, above 140 Mg 1 hour after eating then that is not the right thing to eat. Again, I have so little to go on. That's the goal. Maybe insulin is needed to have sufficient calories.
