“What's wrong with me?”
I'm constantly tired, lightheaded, and dizzy. I believe it may be connected to blood pressure but no one will check.

You’re right it can be hypertension or many other reasons. I recommend you to see your primary care physician for blood work and a complete evaluation.

Make sure you have good hydration, avoid excessive heat, good nutritional intake. If you are having trouble getting evaluated for this I would recommend going to urgent care or the emergency room. I would be happy to attend this problem at my clinic.
