“What’s wrong with my stomach?”
So I had a stomach virus 4-5 months back and my stomach and digestive system has never been the same since. I have symptoms like stomach feels full and heavy, gas, discomfort, abnormal bowel movements, feeling malaise sometimes etc. Had many things I thought it could be like SIBO, IBS, IBD, Gastritis, and even colon cancer. Because I seem to be able to eat ok but some nights or mornings I just feel sick, I also have symptoms like poking pain in head of penis, when this happens it feels like I have a poop but not the urge to go just yet. Though this only happens once in awhile, thought it was a UTI but I can pee normally, sometimes I have more frequent pee but read something about gas or ibs triggering nerves or bladder causing this sensation.

You probably have a post-infection dyspepsia. The stomach infection (virus or bacteria) makes the stomach sensitive so you feel full fast and get other GI symptoms. It can also affect your bowel habits. It should clear up but it can take weeks or months.
