“What’s wrong?”

I’ve been itching for about two and a half weeks on my arms, legs, back of the neck, and now my stomach. My ears also became really dry and flaky but that stopped after I put Vaseline on it. Now when I itch, small red spots (maybe a rash) appears and they’re warm to the touch.
I’ve tried putting calamine lotion, moisturizing, putting ice and drank allermine to help with potential inflammation but nothings working.
I mostly itch a lot at night but also sometimes during the day, when I’m moving around, working and/or distracted I don’t feel it.
I also have a hypoallergenic dog that I’ve had for 3 years, is it possible to have a sudden allergic reaction from him even after so long? Is it dermatitis? Reactions to dry skin?
