What should you not do before a root canal procedure?

Try not to use the tooth on the root canal side. Do not load up on pain medication so that the endodontist can easily make a correct diagnosis of the tooth to be treated.
Before root canal procedure, avoid having hard food, or extreme hot or cold temperature foods and drinks, make sure gums are healthy, and your general dentist might give you further instructions, or might have done adjustment on your tooth so U do not feel the tooth or possibly put you on necessary antibiotic!
