Do you know what is causing this pain?
You have to see what’s the issue first .. most shoulder blades issues come from ribs and instability and weakness in the rhomboids muscles… so most likely you have a rib out of place … get rid of the spams and inflammation and then you can strengthen the back with resistance band and eventually weights …
Obviously the first thing is to determine the cause of the pain which can be bursitis, muscle strain, shoulder pathology or other more serious causes. Often physical therapy is helpful for muscle pain or even bursitis along with nonsteroidal antiinflamatory medications. Unfortunately there isnt a one size fits all approach to shoulder blade pain. It really depends on what is going on with you individually. Seek your nearest Gonstead Chiropractor to find out what is causing your shoulder blade pain.
Find a musculoskeletal practitioner to take care of your shoulder blade pain. A chiropractor that does muscle work, a physical therapist, or check out Airrosti as they can do tele visits.

Depends on what is the cause of shoulder pain.
Depends on what is causing the shoulder blade pain. I would first get evaluated by your Medical Doctor or a Doctor of Chiropractic and first find out why you're in pain there. Then, treatment options will be given to you by the Doctor.
